Susie was Captain of the Woodrow Roosevelt High School Cheerleader Squad, and secret member of Joker's gang.
Biography[]
Susie was the chief cheerleader at Woodrow Roosevelt High. Unbeknownst to everyone else, Susie is also a member of the Joker's gang. As chief cheerleader, she has an automatic seat on the Student Council, which gives her access to things non-council member students do not, and she is able to swipe some important exam papers for Joker to use in his evil schemes.
Once Joker has no further use for her, he gives her a bottle of poison in the guise of Canadian perfume. Batman and Robin save her life and she reveals Joker's plans.
Susie is about to be driven (by chauffeur-driven limousine, per Bruce's instructions) to the Wayne Foundation Home for Delinquent Girls, which is more like a Girls' Town than a prison. The mercy shown by the court system and Bruce Wayne causes Susie to be emotionally overcome with remorse over what she has done, but Dick reminds her that it wasn't all her fault as she had a miserable childhood having been raised in a broken home. As a gesture of deep appreciation, Susie gives Dick a tender kiss on the cheek; Dick promises he will stay in touch, and Susie is on her way to the Home.
