Ted Knight was an American actor and voice actor.

He voiced Commissioner Gordon, The Penguin, The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, The Scarecrow, Doll-Man, Simon the Pieman, The Mad Hatter, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, and The Judge in The Adventures of Batman, as well as provides the narration. He reprised his voice role of The Penguin in two episodes of The New Scooby-Doo Movies.

He died August 26, 1986.
