- Evan and Daryl Sabara, who plays opposite characters of Robin and Scorn, are twin brothers in real life.
- In the episode's opening Penguins says "I knew I should have splurged for the Turbo" this line is most likely a reference to a similar line "I knew I should have gotten the Turbo" said by Plankton in an episode of Spongebob.
- Killer Croc references Team Penguin when he tells Penguin "this better not be a teamwork scheme".
- Harley doesn't have a speaking role in this episode.
