An alternative version of Barry Allen came into existence when his "Earth One" counterpart averted his mother's murder. Initially a care-free youth, Barry Allen became a metahuman speedster connected to the Speed Force known as the Flash through his counterpart's guidance. Though less mature and more optimistic compared to his main counterpart, Allen helped him gather his incarnations of Batman and Supergirl to take on General Zod and his Kyptonian followers. However, the events of the battle and failed attempts to avert it would eventually cause a darker future for this version.

Behind the Scenes[]
The Flashpoint incarnation of Allen was portrayed by Ezra Miller. In shots where he and his main counterpart were on screen, Ed Wade was used as a body double with Miller's likeness imposed via computer-generated imagery.
