"The Rookie" was the nickname given to an unnamed criminal from Earth-3. Following the Crime Syndicate from their native dimension to "Earth-Prime", they were granted the ability to absorb and replicate various abilities through the Amazo project. "The Rookie" would ally themselves with the Legion of Doom and later the Justice League to defeat the Syndicate and later Darkseid.

- Though the player can chose "the Rookie's" name, gender, costume and powers, characters within the game will refer to them as the nickname or other aliases. This is likely due to constraints if all words and aliases were covered.
