Early Life Edit
Born into a family with deep roots in the Russian military, Yuri Dimitrov grew up sophisticated and well-educated in demolition and was recognized as an expert in its warfare. While stationed in Afghanistan, the young soldier made useful connections with those involved in the heroin trade, but was sent home to recover from the serious wounds he obtained in battle. He became an officer in FSB shortly afterwards, a position which allowed to create a black market heroin network building on his Afghan connections and those he had with less-than-reputable foreign buisnessmen. But when Dimitrov lost his post in reduction of forces that followed the end of the Cold War, he was still in a good position to exploit the collapse of security in Russia.
