An unnamed group of criminals, referred to as the "Train Gang", were street level criminals operating in Gotham. The gang would often engage in violent attacks on civilians for their own entertainment. The gang were confronted by Batman on Halloween during one of their attacks.
History[]
Little history is known about the group, though their members seemed to comprise of young people on Gotham. The group would often attack people on the streets, often filming them to show to each other and associates. Members of the gang often wore white face paint with black around the eyes, with initiates only applying it to half their face.
On Halloween of Batman's second year, the group took on of Gotham's Subway trains. After watching one of their previous efforts, their leader decided to test an initiate by selecting out a man in their carriage. When the man left at a stop, the gang followed him to the platform and seized him before he could escape. The then held the victim for the initiate to attack.
However, before the attack took place, Batman arrived on the scene. When the leader decided to fight the vigilante, members watched and recorded the fight, expecting the Dark Knight to be defeated. However, Batman subdued the leader and turned his attention on the group. As they attacked, Batman gradually subdued them members one by one. The only member who did not attack was the initiate, who fled the scene whilst the others lay unconscious. It is unknown whether any of the gang were arrested by the GCPD after the fight.
