The leader of the "Train Gang" was a criminal operating in Gotham. He often led attacks on civilians by the group, often forcing initiates to take part.
Biography[]
On Halloween of Batman's second year, the leader and the gang watched one of their previous exploits whilst riding the subway. Noticing an initiate was disinterested, he picked out a fellow commutter and told him to attack them. When the initiate hesitated, the leader ordered the others to hold their victim and tried to force the initiate to attack him.
However, they were quickly interrupted by footstep from further down the platform, revealed to be Batman's. As the Dark Knight approached him, the leader laughed at him, mockingly asking him who he was. When Batman didn't comply, the leader attacked him with a manchette. However, the vigilante blocked his attack and quickly pummeled him into unconsciousness. The leader's defeated quickly unsettled the gang and led to a fight with Batman. It's presumed he was arrested after the event.
