I think most of us agree, Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy is the one of the best film series of our time. Not only the greatest Batman films, but some of the greatest films of all-time. The Dark Knight Rises capped it off with a sensational ending, and while Nolan has left it open for a new series with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, I'd be perfectly happy if they left it how it is.
