Vincenzo is a police officer who only appeared in The New Batman Adventures episode, Torch Song.

Vincenzo and another officer accompanied Detective Bullock to search Garfield Lynns' apartment after his former girlfriend and employer, Cassidy, was attacked. Stumbling on a shrine to the superstar, Bullock ordered Vincenzo to take pictures. Bullock then went to search the fridge, and dismissed Vincenzo's sarcastic remark that there would be a lot of evidence stored there.
