The executive was seen following Bruce Wayne during his inspection visit at Wayne Enterprises' research division department.
When Fred Stickley was killed last night, the executive was seen comforting a distraught Edward Nygma about Stickley's "suicide". Edward hands him Stickley's suicide note (with forged handwriting to look like Stickley's handwriting), which he shows to Bruce and Commissioner Gordon in the security room.
