Wayne Tower is the main building to Wayne Enterprises built in 1939. It is 78 stories high.
History[]
Wayne Tower is the historic building in Midtown Gotham City that was built in 1939 and served as the main office of Wayne Enterprises. It is Gotham City's unofficial center as all of Gotham's water mains and electrical are under the building. The subway is also centered around the tower.
The old tower is never shown in the sequels despite its importance to the first film. Instead a nondescript Wayne Office Building is used for board meetings near Wayne's Penthouse building.
